What is the quickest way to clear £10,000 of debt?

Ok, I'm earning a half decent salary now and can start to look at clearing debt I've built up over the last five years (please don't judge me, there is a fair reason this has built up!). Aside from taking a second job (I already work very long hours) or selling all my posessions, does anybody have a suggestion on how I can start eating into this debt with a view to clearing it in the quickest time possible?
