what is the value I should write down in the quit claim deed form before registering in the court.?

Should be the same value for the sale price?

I used a friend's credit in order tu buy a property, I'm making the payments for the last year and I never fail with that. He is going to travel and I want to be sure I have control of my property.

I really appreciate any advise in thatis matter.
